Israel reportedly carried out a wave of attacks on oil refineries and depots in Iran a short time ago.

The Iranian regime responded by attempting to hit the oil refinery in the northern Israel port city of Haifa.

Netanyahu tonight in a speech to the nation:

“The moment of truth is approaching. Liberation from the yoke of tyranny will depend on you. If you stand up, the day will not be far when Israel and Iran will once again be courageous friends.”

“Members of the regime who lay down their arms [and surrender] will not be harmed.”

Netanyahu to the Lebanese government: “If [you] do not take responsibility for Hezbollah, there will be disastrous consequences for Lebanon.”

Heavy rocket fire earlier tonight from Lebanon at towns in northern Israel.

This was part of combined fire together with Iranian missiles in an attempt to retaliate for Israel's bombing of Iran's oil facilities.

Heavy airstrikes this evening (presumably by US forces) on Bushehr on the central Iran coast. The city is home to one of Iran’s primary nuclear facilities.

IDF statement on strikes against oil facilities in and around Tehran:

The Israeli Air Force struck a number of fuel storage facilities in Tehran a short while ago.

The military forces of the Iranian terrorist regime make direct and frequent use of these fuel tanks to operate military infrastructure. Through them, the Iranian terrorist regime distributes fuel to various consumers, including military entities in Iran.

This is a significant strike that constitutes an additional step in deepening the damage to the military infrastructure of the Iranian terrorist regime.

Yesterday (Saturday) during a broad wave of strikes, the Israeli Air Force struck Iranian terrror regime military compounds with regime 'F14" fighter jets at Isfahan airport.

Additionally, detection systems and air defense systems that posed a threat to Israeli Air Force aircraft were struck.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last night again called on Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to lay down its weapons and they will not be harmed.

In truth, that might be a promise Bibi can’t keep. The people of Iran have a score to settle after 47 years of oppression at the hands of the IRGC.

Trump responds to reports that UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer might finally support the campaign against the Iranian regime by sending two British aircraft carriers to the Middle East:

“That’s OK, we don’t need them any longer. We don’t need people that join wars after we’ve already won.”

Trump: After Oct. 7, the war against Iran “had to be done. We did the world a favor.”

The Iranian regime is firing cluster munitions at Israeli civilians.

Israel Police Spokesman Dean Elsdunne urges civilians to avoid touching any of these cluster bombs that might be found unexploded.

The IDF warns that it will hunt down and eliminate any chosen successor to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

RUSE OR RIFT?

A couple days ago, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian apologized for attacking neighboring Arab states, and promised Iranian forces would no longer do so.

Hours later, the head of Iran’s parliament, Iran’s ruling council of Islamic clerics, and National Security Council chief Ali Larijani said Pezeshkian’s remarks had been a mistake, and attacks on Arab neighbors resumed.

So was it a ruse or a rift?

Were Pezeshkian’s remarks staged for the world audience❓

They did manage to elicit a response from US President Donald Trump, who stated that Iran had partially “surrendered.”

Or are we seeing the first real cracks in the Iranian power structure❓

Ali Khamenei held the whole house of cards together, but with him gone the various components of the Islamic Republic are now at odds with one another under relentless US-Israeli airstrikes.
