Following unconfirmed reports, primarily by US media, that Kurdish forces had launched a ground offensive into Iran, the remaining Iranian leadership issued a statement warning the Kurds of northern Iraq.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a statement threatening to attack Israel’s nuclear reactor in Dimona.

The US Senate voted 53-47 against a resolution that would have compelled President Donald Trump to halt the military campaign against the Iranian regime.

Democrats in Senate, even those who support the goals of the Operation Epic Fury, are upset that Trump effectively declared war without first seeking congressional approval, as required by US law.

But Republicans, who control the Senate, were able to defeat the motion.
