Let us be honest with ourselves, did we really study the transaction chapters from Al-Hidāyah properly? Whether you did or didn’t, this course is for you! We’re exploring the original text of Al-Hidāyah - Bidāyah al-Mubtadī - written by Al-Marghīnānī raḥimahullah (d.593 AH) and going through every chapter from Kitāb Buyūʿ until Kitāb al-Karāhiyah.

We’ll be looking deep into the legal meanings of the masā’il and drawing the dots to connect the masā’il with contemporary issues such as cryptocurrency, pensions, forex and studying industry practice today. This course is an ABSOLUTE MUST for a student of fiqh and really delves into an area that is, quite often, not given as much coverage in our darse-niẓāmī programmes.
