In 2011 in the Turkish town of Tarsus, archeologists were examining the possible discovery of an ancient king’s tomb buried deep beneath one of the neighborhood’s slums. But what began as a simple investigation into the trade of ancient artifacts, turned into a story about a coverup concerning stolen lost treasure, and from there spiraled into a diplomatic incident concerning a possible 2000 year old Vatican secret. But this was just the beginning of the scandal, as talk of Germany's involvement in Turkey during the 1930s  and their alleged discovery of ancient technology turned this already complex mystery... into something otherworldly.
