On August 23, 2026, a private company called Rainmaker conducted ten drone flights over the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska. Their own report admits they released 374.3 grams of silver iodide into the clouds above your heads. They called it "cloud seeding." They produced 145 million gallons of rain.
They did not notify the residents. They did not request permission. They did not publish the chemicals used.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough Council only learned about it from the company's own press release.
This is what "weather modification" looks like. This is what they have been doing for decades.
And Alaska is not the exception. It is the rule.
In California, the University of Washington's Marine Cloud Brightening experiment was halted by the City of Alameda after residents discovered the full scope had never been disclosed. The GAO has documented that NOAA is failing to enforce even the minimal reporting requirements under the Weather Modification Reporting Act of 1972.
They are spraying aerosols into the marine boundary layer. They are testing solar geoengineering. They are experimenting with the sky above your children.
And the oversight is a joke.
The military has now initiated OPERATION RAINSHIELD.
