گزارش‌های رسیده به «ماده ۱۸»، خبر از آزادی مشروط محمدعلی (یاسر) مسیب زاده، در روز دوشنبه چهارم اسفند ماه ۹۹، از زندان اوین می‌دهند.

آقای مسیب زاده، چهار ماه پیش از پایان دوره سه سال زندان خود از زندان آزاد شده‌است.

Mohammad Ali (Yasser) Mossayebzadeh, who was serving a 10-year sentence as a result of his membership of a #house_church, has been granted conditional release from prison.

It is understood that his release is dependent on him having no further interaction with other #Christians, nor engaging in any Christian activities.

یکی از شرایط اعمال آزادی مشروط این است که «حالات و رفتار محکوم نشان دهد که پس از آزادی، دیگر مرتکب جرمی نمی‌شو.»

محمدعلی «یاسر» مسیب زاده، در اردیبهشت ماه ۱۳۹۵, در جریان برگزاری مراسم #کلیسای خانگی موسوم به «کلیسای ایران» در رشت به همراه گروهی از #نوکیشان مسیحی یوسف ندرخانی، رهبر این کلیسای خانگی، تینا (فاطمه) پسندیده، صاحب فدائی و یوهان امیدی در پی یورش مأموران اداره اطلاعات رشت بازداشت شدند.

پرونده محمدعلی «یاسر» مسیب زاده و ۳ نوکیش مسیحی دیگر پرونده این افراد در اردیبهشت ماه ۱۳۹۶, توسط شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، به ریاست قاضی ماشاالله احمدزاده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و آنها متهم به «تشکیل و راه اندازی کلیساهای خانگی» و «تبلیغ مسیحیت صهیونیستی،»، هر یک به تحمل ۱۰ سال زندان محکوم شدند.

Prison deadline looms for Parkinson’s sufferer and wife
Those responsible for securing Sara and Homayoun's release on bail have received a written warning that if the couple do not hand themselves in to Tehran's Evin Prison by 15 June, the property deeds they submitted as collateral will be forfeited.

Sara and Homayoun’s bank accounts have also been frozen.

The couple’s only hope now is that the Supreme Court takes on their case, or at least agrees to allow Homayoun to pay a fine instead of going to prison, owing to his ill health.

But even were this to happen and Sara still had to go to prison, Homayoun would lose not only his wife but also his primary carer.

Three Christian converts were arrested last night in the northern city of Rasht, in the latest blow to the beleaguered Christian community there.

Ahmad Sarparast, Morteza Mashoodkari, and Ayoob Poor-Rezazadeh were arrested at around 10pm – two at a house-church meeting, and another at his home – and are now being held in an unknown location.

The small community of Christian converts in Rasht has been affected perhaps more than any other in Iran in recent years, with 11 local Christians currently serving long prison sentences, another living in internal exile, and a further four facing a combined 13 years in prison.

Despite missing his family terribly – including not being present at any of his 15-year-old daughter Martha’s last four birthdays – Saheb Fadaie refuses to apply for conditional release, saying he cannot accept the condition of no further involvement with a house-church.

But still the prison authorities insist on applying for conditional release on his behalf, only for the very authority to recommend it in the first place - Tehran's chief prosecutor - to later reject it.

Today we think of Yousef Nadarkhani, once sentenced to death for apostasy, and now serving a 6-year prison sentence (reduced from 10) for leading a house-church, as converts have no other #place2worship. The United Nations ruled last year that his detention was arbitrary, but he's still in prison.

Saheb has refused the offer of parole, saying he can't accept the condition of no further involvement in house-churches. He also co-authored an open letter, asking for Persian-speaking Christians to be given a #place2worship.
