Renaisi 亦會為工作坊參加者提供免費的一對一的就業支援，名額有限。

「希望協助港人在英國儘快融合，認為這不但不會減低香港人的身份認同，反而是香港變得面目全非後，香港人長存世界的必要之路。他和同齡英國港人都有一個心願，就是逐步進入主流體制，無論是政府也好、選舉也好，相信以香港人的能力，終有一天會出現港裔英國政治家，就像現在的英國外相、倫敦市長等都是新移民後裔，在國家和族群利益中達到雙贏，從而帶領整個自由世界對抗極權，值得港人學習。」
