Once we decreased the toxic load enough all of my conditions and symptoms dropped significantly and some of them went away and have not come back

Having to be sure there are not contaminants in my food, having to be sure that I do not eat foods that weaken my body because if I eat the tiniest amount of something that weakens my body even a little bit progress becomes rapidly compromised and puts me in danger, so I must eat very specific and carefully prepared foods to keep my digestion functional

Water and air, clothing, and other environmental factors must also be sure to be free of contaminants that my body had been sensitized to in traumatic circumstances
