Powerful Energy of our Palms โœ‹

This is the central idea in the practice of Reiki, where practitioners develop heightened awareness in their palms and direct universal energy where it is needed most.
- When energy is blocked or depleted, discomfort or illness may arise.
- When energy is balanced and flowing freely, we experience physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

While palms can support healing in specific areas of the body, true and lasting wellness requires nourishing the body with proper nutrients and eliminating toxins to maintain overall balance.

Tanning lights were used to heal depression, diabetes, pneumonia, lupus and many other ailments.

They replicated the positive effects of sunlight by stimulating vitamin D and endorphin production.

We need to bring back those specialty lamps for healing. In the meantime, we should get regular sun exposure or supplement with vitamin D.

Heat lamps are still available and provide soothing warmth that supports healing and recovery. See t.me/Healing_Autoimmune/2077

Back to the Past: Seed Oil-Free is the Future
I recently had a conversation with a young guy at Whole Foods in the healthy fats section. He told me he has been eating seed oil-free for two years, cooks almost all his meals, and has more energy than ever. He looked great.

I shared that I have been doing this for over 10 years, and he was surprised since no one was really talking about it back then. I figured it out on my own, realizing that heating non-saturated fats caused inflammation and drained my energy.

For anyone interested, he mentioned apps like seedoilscout.com to find seed oil-free restaurants. I am not promoting any apps here; I thought I would share in case anyone is looking for healthier options. Such tools may help raise public awareness about what we are putting in our food.
How I survived multiple kidney failures...

In kidney disease, the major issue is having either too much or too little potassium in the blood, so it is critical to know which one.

I figured out a simple method: placing a tiny pinch of potassium carbonate (K) on my tongue. If it tastes somewhat acceptable, I need more. If it tastes horrible, I spit it out because my potassium is already too high. In that case, I use sodium to balance it. I immediately squeeze a fresh lemon into filtered water and add sodium (baking soda) or K if needed. This helps to quickly support hydration and kidney filtration.

I always made sure to keep fresh lemons at home because with kidney failure, nausea makes it impossible to go out shopping. Since Potassium levels can fluctuate daily, I used this method regularly. It is also critical to focus on eliminating toxins; in my case, mercury seemed to be the main issue. Years later, my kidneys were injured again by polluted Himalayan salt (many medications also damage the kidneys).

Goldenrod = the โ€œGolden Rodโ€ for Kidneys and Urinary tract

The weed goldenrod is a fascinating herb that supports the kidneys and urinary tract. Over time, it can help restore and strengthen kidney function, which has been very beneficial for me.

Goldenrod acts as a mild diuretic, helping the body flush out fluids and waste. It can support issues such as urinary tract infections, urinary irritation, kidney stones and โ€œgravel,โ€ water retention, and overall kidney health. It also has mild antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Many people mistakenly believe goldenrod causes seasonal allergies, when the real culprit is usually ragweed, which grows nearby.

Herbal preparations include tea, tinctures, or extracts made from the flowering tops. The picture shows dried goldenrod that I picked a couple of years ago by the side of the road. When I need it, I take a couple of twigs and steep them in hot water.

Against All Grain: Delectable Paleo Recipes to Eat Well & Feel Great
By Danielle Walker (2013)

Having battled an autoimmune disease the modern-medicine way for many years, Danielle Walker took matters into her own hands and set out to regain her health through the medicine of food. After four years of turning her kitchen into a laboratory for revamping her culinary point of view, Danielle mastered the art of grain- and dairy-free cookingโ€”and improved her well-being, virtually eliminating all her ailments.

She has ingeniously recreated all her favorites without grains or dairy in her first cookbook. These recipes are sure to leave you feeling satisfied and exhilarated, rather than discouraged and deprived.

Danielle proves that omitting grains, gluten, dairy, and refined sugar doesn't correlate with sacrificing taste; in fact, just the opposite. This book will show you that you can go against the grain in the culinary world and enter a paradise of gourmet foods with exciting flavors.
What happened?
- Spraying with glyphosate increased 400% in two decades

- GMO wheat varieties have been bred for much higher gluten content and yields.

- The shift from slow fermentation methods to quick-rise commercial yeast.

- Enriched flour contains synthetic nutrients.

- Most commercial breads contain additives that are inflammatory such as seed oils and harmful chemicals like potassium bromate.

Top 10 Natural Cancer Treatments

Natural cancer treatments are becoming more and more popular due to the rise in cancer diagnoses and the failure of the medical system to find lasting and successful cancer therapies.

Cancer may arise from numerous physical problems including the lack of oxygen to cells, a weakened immune system, excessive acidity, and the toxic accumulation of carcinogens (or DNA mutating substances). Many of these problems can be treated and therefore so may cancer itself.

Natural cancer approaches are available but they do require a committed approach to healthy lifestyle changes. The 10 natural cancer approaches (picture) have been shown to naturally relieve cancer symptoms and limit the spread of tumor cells... https://drjockers.com/top-10-natural-cancer-treatments/

The ketogenic diet is the most crucial for starving cancer cells, while the other remedies listed serve more as supportive treatments. These remedies work for autoimmune conditions as well.

Eating an apple in the morning provides natural pectins that gently cleanse the colon, aid digestion, and can help reduce headaches. Its soluble fiber can help regulate bowel movements, and is a great way to ease diarrhea.

Thinly slicing or grating the apple makes it gentler on digestion and helps our body absorb its nutrients more effectively. Additionally, apples support heart health, stabilize blood sugar, hydrate the body, and provide antioxidants that protect cells from damage.

"Every single disease, every single symptom is a clear sign you are specifically nutrient deficient.

The moment you put those nutrients back in that God gave you and put in the earth... it is amazing to watch."
~ Dr. Bryan Ardis

I fully agree with that statement; we need to examine every symptom and determine which deficiency it might indicate. For my healing, I mainly used the book Nutritional Healing https://t.me/Healing_Autoimmune/134

Another good book is Cell Salt Deficiencies https://t.me/Healing_Autoimmune/1272

Protein & Iron

"Without adequate protein, your body canโ€™t produce key neurotransmitters, which can contribute to anxiety, brain fog, and fatigue, even when your diet looks balanced on the surface."

"Why iron deficiency may be the missing link in persistent thyroid symptoms: Low ferritin levels can impact hair growth, energy, and how well your body responds to thyroid medication, yet this is often overlooked in conventional care." [use a cast iron steel pan or pot for cooking]

Butter Benefits:

1. Rich in fat-soluble vitamins
Butter contains vitamins A, D, E, and K; especially vitamin A, which supports vision, immune function, and skin health.

2. Provides healthy fatty acids
It includes short- and medium-chain fatty acids that your body can use for quick energy. It also contains butyrate, a compound linked to gut health and reduced inflammation.

3. Supports brain and hormone function
Butter and saturated fats produce hormones needed for maintaining health.

4. May help nutrient absorption
Adding butter to vegetables can help your body absorb fat-soluble nutrients more effectively.

5. Contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)
Grass-fed butter has higher levels of CLA, a fatty acid studied for roles in metabolism and fat regulation.

Human biologist Gary Brecka explains why seed oils are so harmful to the human body.

"When you put a canola plant... into a commercial press, it comes out gummy, and you degum it with hexane, which is a known neurotoxin."

"You need to deodorise it with sodium hydroxide, which is a very powerful carcinogen."

"And then you sometimes bleach it before you bottle it and put it on the shelf."

When Satiety Stops Working

If youโ€™ve noticed increased hunger, less satisfaction from meals, and more snacking lately, youโ€™re not alone.

Estrogen and leptin sensitivity.
Estrogen influences how your brain responds to leptin, the primary satiety hormone. As estrogen fluctuates and gradually declines, leptin signaling in the hypothalamus weakens โ€” so the same meal registers less fullness.

Ghrelin and GLP-1 shifts. Ghrelin (the "hunger" hormone) and GLP-1 (which promotes satiety and slows gastric emptying) are both modulated by estrogen. The result: hunger spikes higher, satiety signals fade faster.

Progesterone decline and nervous system regulation. Progesterone supports GABA activity and calms the nervous system. As it falls, stress tolerance narrows - and emotional eating often follows.

Sleep disruption drives next-day hunger. Even one fragmented night elevates ghrelin and lowers leptin the following day. A biochemical reason you're hungrier after poor sleep, not a lack of willpower.

Insulin sensitivity declines. Blood sugar becomes less stable and cravings intensify in response to sharper glucose swings.

Old strategies stop working. Habits that used to work โ€“ skipping breakfast, restrictive eating, powering through - stop working as hormonal resilience declines.

Hunger isn't the problem. It's a signal.
When the signaling system is healthy, you can trust it - eat when it shows up, stop when you're full. When that system is under strain, the trust erodes.

The goal isnโ€™t to suppress hunger โ€“ itโ€™s to work with your body and restore balance to the natural signals between your gut and your brain.

This requires you to give your body what it needs. Hereโ€™s how:
- Eat more protein and fiber-rich plant foods to signal satiety
- Eat regular, balanced meals instead of grazing; it keeps glucose and insulin steadier.
- Learn to distinguish between physical hunger and emotional hunger - pausing before eating builds this muscle quickly.
- Prioritize sleep
- Support your bodyโ€™s natural hormones [increase cholesterol; see https://t.me/Healing_Autoimmune/1546)
