The Feast of the Annunciation that we celebrate today transports us to the village of Nazareth, where the Angel of God proclaimed the decisive message for the destiny of humanity and the Virgin Mary gave the most generous response to God's salvific plan. El “Officium Parvum B.M.V.” es una oración litúrgica muy antigua y querida en el mundo católico, que puede ser rezado por los fieles laicos todos los días del año en lugar de las Laudes.

In the month of May, we had the grace to record this Marian Office at the Dormition Abbey on Mount Zion in Jerusalem, where, according to an ancient tradition, the house of St. John the Apostle was located and where the Virgin Mary "fell asleep" before being taken up into heaven.
The "Officium Parvum B.M.V." is a very old and beloved liturgical prayer in the Catholic world, which can be prayed by the lay faithful every day of the year in place of Lauds.
En el mes de mayo, tuvimos la gracia de grabar este Oficio mariano en la Abadía de la Dormición en el Monte Sión en Jerusalén, donde una antigua tradición sitúa la casa del Apóstol San Juan y donde la Virgen María se habría adormecido antes de ser asunta a los cielos.
