Free Cash Flow kya hota hai?
Company ₹800 crore ka profit dikhaye impressive lagta hai.
But agar usne ₹750 crore wapas plants aur machinery mein laga diye, toh haath mein sirf ₹50 crore bacha.
Yahi hai Free Cash Flow.
Yeh woh paisa hai jo company ke paas actually bachta hai sab kuch karne ke baad. Dividend dena, debt chukana, buybacks, future investment sab kuch isi se hota hai.
Agar yeh number negative hai, matlab company apni growth ke liye bahar se paisa utha rahi hai. Loans. Equity dilution. Aur yeh aapko profit mein nahi dikhega.
Warren Buffett isko "owner's earnings" kehta hai. Kyunki yeh woh paisa hai jo actually aap jaise shareholder ka hota hai. Baaki sab accounting hai.
Aaj se sirf profit ya PE nahi Free Cash Flow bhi check karo.
Agli baar koi bhi stock dekhne se pehle ek kaam karo uska FCF zaroor dekho.
