民主派初選 47 人案，九龍東六名參選人黃之鋒、譚文豪、李嘉達、譚得志、胡志偉和施德來今日開始求情；早上率先由認罪的前香港眾志秘書長黃之鋒求情，他的代表律師呈上母親、牧師、老師的求情信，但黃之鋒本人並無向法庭提交個人求情。 黃之鋒的代表律師求情時指，黃之鋒在案中應歸類為積極參與者，但無參與組織初選，加上他認罪，希望可以獲得三分一刑期扣減；辯方又呈上他媽媽、教會牧師和老師的求情信，指黃之鋒希望盡快完成刑期後可以改過自身。 國安法指定法官陳仲衡疑問，辯方並無呈上黃之鋒本人的求情信，所以這個不是他本人的說法…
