5th · heruxman · 38 pts · 20 USDT + 200 HCOW

📊 What we learned, honestly
This pilot asked one question: do players brought in by the community stay? Across contributors ranked 2nd to 10th, about 45% of players came back within 24–72 hours. The 1st-place contributor brought 86 players, and 1 came back. That was within the rules, so the prize stands. But it shows our scoring rewarded volume more than retention, and we will fix that before any Season 2.
Notes: a session-tracking bug before 17 September caused some early plays not to count. The season used a 60-second play rule while the Games tab said 30 seconds. The sample was small, so the results are a signal, not a verdict.
Thank you for helping us test this. 🐮

What Comes After TGE?
TGE is not the finish line. It marks the transition from building the foundation to expanding the ecosystem around it.
The next phase is about:
→ Growing player activity
→ Improving existing games
→ Expanding the ecosystem
→ Strengthening community participation
→ Continuing to build and ship
The token is now part of the ecosystem.
The building continues.

Why Does Community Matter in GameFi?
A GameFi ecosystem isn’t built by the team alone.
Players, contributors and community members all shape how the ecosystem grows.
Community feedback can help:
→ Identify what players enjoy
→ Find areas that need improvement
→ Discover new ideas
→ Bring more people into the ecosystem
→ Create stronger connections between products
Technology builds the infrastructure.
The community helps shape what comes next.

Why Does Utility Need Real Usage?
A token can have many listed utilities.
But utility only becomes meaningful when people actually use the ecosystem.
For HCOW, that means building products where users can:
→ Play
→ Participate
→ Earn points and rewards
→ Explore different games
→ Engage with the wider ecosystem
The goal is to connect the token and its mechanisms to real activity, rather than utility existing only on paper.
Real products create real utility.
