An email address is now mandatory for all API applications.

We have received reports from some users who recharged funds on certain API websites but did not have their service time activated. These users submitted complaints to MangoPay. However, MangoPay currently has no direct way to contact the respective API resellers to resolve such issues quickly.

To improve communication and ensure faster issue resolution, all resellers applying for an API must now provide a valid email address. This will enable MangoPay to reach out promptly whenever necessary.

Please note that MangoPay will only use this contact information when required and will not send unnecessary communications.
