On April 29, 2026, GRC and Deloitte Ethiopia came together to celebrate Earth Day with an inspiring and interactive session filled with learning, fun, and meaningful conversations.
We explored why Earth Day matters, how simple local actions can create global change, and the importance of responsible food production from soil to plate.
The day was made even more exciting with fun educational games and a powerful One Minute Earth Pitch, where participants shared practical ideas to make everyday life easier while protecting our planet.
Together, we learned that even the smallest steps can lead to a greener and brighter future.

Join a Fully Funded Cycling Training – Be Part of Climate Action in Addis Ababa 🚲
Egre Menged Impact (EMi), in collaboration with the Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN), is launching the project “From Bike Lanes to Climate Action: Youth-Led, Gender-Responsive Mobility in Addis Ababa.”
They are offering 60 youth the chance to join a fully funded bicycle training program. The training will run over 2 weeks (expected to start this weekend!), with two sessions per week.
