Another Detox camp is knocking at the door!
6-8 November, once again at the Aerat Center on Mount Bondone, Trentino (Italy).
This time it'll be dedicated to your focus and your wellbeing at work and university (or perhaps in your smart-working home office).
3️⃣ days of environmental retreat to detox from social media and find your focus again in the mountains.
3️⃣ days of training, innovation and networking, as well as fun and wellbeing.
3️⃣ days where smartphones and social media are replaced by study or work moments alternated by environmental, sports, recreational, cultural and artistic activities.

- Emotional intelligence and mindfulness
- Theater workshop: Black Mirror in the Covid-19 era
- “Ninety days on a farm: The story of a digital escaper – Literary happy hour and tasting"
- Brulè wine and chill-out evening.
Saturday 7 November:
- Morning jog
- Innovation Lab #1: Brainstorming & project management
- Innovation Lab #2: Analogical and digital communication strategies
- Paper vs. Digital: How can we transfer jobs in the outdoor?
- Nature-coffee break
- Black Mirror Horror story telling.
Sunday 8 November:
- Morning yoga
- Seminar #1: A digital diet
- Seminar#2: The digital carbon footprint
- Innovation Lab #3: team working & networking
- Playing in a digital world, while keeping your head analogical: geocaching and digital gym workout.

How much:
▶️ 250€ for three days (includes two overnight stays at the Aerat Center, 7 full meals, access and use of all Aerat facilities and study rooms, participation to all of the Detox activities, evening aperitifs and tastings, anti-Covid19 safety measures)
