NFT TREE BUYBACK PROGRAM

This program is exclusively for users who purchased NFT Trees from Green Meta. It does not apply to users who own Green Heroes. Please read the instructions carefully to avoid any mistakes.

We confirm that the NFT Tree mechanism remains operational in collaboration with our partner, FIM Ventures, which owns over 4,000 NFT Trees.

For NFT Tree holders who decide not to sell back their NFT Trees, we deeply appreciate your continued support during these challenging times. Rest assured that the benefits you receive will exceed your initial investment in NFT Trees. If you prefer to hold your NFT Tree, we encourage you to wait for our Real World Assets (Green Beli Farm) to generate revenue.

Program Details

1. Time Period:
The buyback program is open for 2 weeks, ending on December 31, 2024.
After this date, we will no longer accept NFT Trees for buyback. Please be mindful of the deadline.

2. Buyback Price:
The NFT Tree sale, announced on February 25, 2023, was priced at 10,000 GRBE per NFT Tree. At that time, the GRBE price was $0.002/GRBE, equivalent to $20 per NFT Tree.
Considering the current GRBE price of $0.0005/GRBE, the adjusted buyback price is 40,000 GRBE per NFT Tree.

3. Procedures:
Step 1: Send Your NFT Tree to FIM Ventures’ Wallet: 0xa451fD4bd55d103D9F4BF01a716E6Bbb9823A24f
Please check the wallet carefully before sending your NFT Tree. This wallet is holding more than 4,000 NFT Trees.

Only NFT Trees with the following details are eligible for this buyback program:
- Name: PlantCollection
- NFT Tree Contract: 0x43dBD34E9A6Edc9e3506B27465d2e83C9c6c5c57
Please ensure you are sending the correct NFT. We do not accept Green Heroes or any other assets by mistake and cannot provide support for incorrect transactions.

Instructions for Sending Your NFT Tree:
- Use MetaMask Desktop Extension to send your NFT. We have tested this process, and it does not work on the MetaMask mobile app or the MetaMask Portfolio. Please use the MetaMask browser extension on a desktop computer.
- For detailed instructions on sending NFTs using MetaMask, refer to the official guide HERE.
- If you encounter any issues, please ask for assistance in our official group.

Step 2: Receive GRBE Tokens
FIM Ventures will process the received NFT Trees and compile a list of wallets.
The equivalent GRBE tokens will be sent to your wallet within 1–2 weeks.

A coffee tree over a year old at Green Beli Farm has started to blossom. Building RWAs with agriculture takes time, but as the trees grow, they will generate sustainable revenue.

RWAs Update at Green Beli Real World Farm

As we prepare for the upcoming rainy season, we plan to plant in May or June, depending on the weather:
- Over 1,000 pine trees for sustainability and carbon reduction.
- Approximately 2,000 next-generation coffee trees on our newly acquired land, expected to be harvested in two years.
- Hundreds of fruit trees to fill vacant areas and replace weaker ones.

With this year’s planting, the total number of trees at Green Beli Farm will reach:
- Around 2,500 pine trees.
- Around 2,500 coffee trees.
- Around 1,500 fruit trees, including approximately 1,000 planted in 2023 that are now generating revenue and expected to peak in 2026.

Green Beli currently owns 10 hectares of land and plans to expand to 15 hectares by 2025.
