XAUUSD PLAN – July 21, 2026

Gold has officially broken above the descending trendline, confirming that buyers have regained short-term control after defending the Discount Zone. The breakout was supported by strong bullish momentum, suggesting the recent downtrend has weakened and the market is shifting into a recovery phase.

For today, I remain bullish. The ideal scenario is to wait for a pullback into the H1 Fair Value Gap (FVG) or the broken trendline, then look for bullish confirmation before entering new BUY positions. As long as price holds above this support area, buyers are likely to maintain control.

The next upside objective is the 4100 - 4120 Premium Zone, where I expect stronger selling pressure to appear. That will be the key area to monitor for either profit-taking or signs of a higher-timeframe reversal.

Today's bias is BUY. Avoid chasing price after impulsive moves, wait for a healthy retracement, keep your Stop Loss below the pullback low, and maintain disciplined risk management with no more than 1–2% risk per trade.
