This juice recipe is suitable for those who are struggling to cope with sugar and carbohydrate cravings as well as those who are coming off a high sugar diet.

INGREDIENTS :
2 cucumbers
1 handful parsley
1 bunch kale
1 inch piece ginger
1 lemon

Cucumbers are low in carbohydrates, so they can be a good option for people with elevated blood sugar levels.

Kale is high in fiber and vitamin C and helps to convert and increase serotonin in the brain. Low levels of serotonin can increase sugar cravings, so lots of vitamin C will help increase the serotonin and keep sugar cravings at bay.

Parsley is used as a natural way to help lower blood sugar levels.
