👆Read it again. You may need to read it several times. Think about the implications of this sentence. What is the opposite of what it is saying?
Here's a hint: He hasn't moved.
If you feel like there is a distance between you and God... it's you.
Draw near to Him.
How?

First and foremost, in your mind and heart. Open the doors of those two to Him.
Secondly... get in His word. This is how He speaks to you. If you are unsure where, try the Gospel of John, or the book of Ephesians, perhaps Psalm 23, or Psalm 91. Perhaps Psalm 51.

Thirdly, talk to Him. Pray. Read the verses below.

"Therefore He had to be made like His brothers in every respect, so that He might become a merciful and faithful high priest in the service of God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.
For because He Himself has suffered when tempted, He is able to help those who are being tempted."
Hebrews 2:17-18

"Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need."
Hebrews 4:14-16

Finally, try to find fellowship with others who are in need of these things and who are wanting to draw near to Him.
The Bible says "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."
