“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.”

As a Lost, Dark Sinner, I was so Afraid of Standing before God
On April 11, 1965, the last Sunday night of a six-week Gospel series, I was so lost and dark. After two hours at home, my father asked if he could help me. I didn’t know how to answer him. I knew he could not save me, and so did he, but in respect for my dad, I knew I must answer him, but how? The only answer I could give him was, “The Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins.” I hardly got those words out before I knew I was saved.
Almost immediately, I thought of this verse:
“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.” Acts 16:31
In a moment, I fell in love with His Name – the same name against which I spoke daily.
John 1:12 “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:”
I love to tell my story, and a whole lot more could be said. I don’t think I’ve ever been so brief.

3 John 1 emphasizes walking in truth as the greatest evidence of faithfulness. The writer rejoices not just in belief, but that God’s people actively live according to the truth in their daily lives. It highlights the importance of supporting those who labor for the truth, showing love through action, hospitality, and partnership in God’s work. At the same time, it warns against prideful leadership that rejects authority and truth. In essence, the message calls believers to imitate what is good, not evil because those who do good show they are of God, while those who do evil reveal they have not truly known Him.

Jude 1
1 Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:
2 Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.
3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.
9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.
10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.
11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

5 yr old Joselyn Rojas was playing in her front yard when a stranger pulled up and lured her into his car by offering her ice-cream.
Family immediately called police and began a search. Hearing the news, Temar Boggs jumped on his bike and began searching for Joselyn.
Almost a mile away, Temar spotted a sedan with Joselyn crying inside. The kidnapper floored it when he realized Temar was following him, but despite the risk, Temar kept peddling to save Joselyn.
Temar chased the criminal for over 15 minutes at high speeds.
The kidnapper panicked when he saw Temar wasn't giving up and finally let Joselyn out.
She IMMEDIATELY ran into Temar's arms crying for her mommy.
A 5 year old girl is alive today because of this young man's quick thinking and courage.
God bless him 🙏

God First Channel Message
Brothers and Sisters, let this be clear and grounded in Scripture:
This is not a place to build personal platforms or gather a following. We are not here to lift up ourselves or promote our own names but we are here to follow Christ.
“For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord” (2 Corinthians 4:5)
I receive many requests to share personal channels, pages, and messages for self-promotion. This channel was not created for that purpose. Those who seek to draw attention to themselves or build their own following are not walking in the pattern Christ gave us. “He must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30)
We are called to serve, not to be seen. “Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them” (Matthew 6:1). And we are warned about those who seek preeminence:
“Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence… receiveth us not” (3 John 1:9)
Let us not fall into that spirit.
We also do not elevate ourselves with titles to be honored by men. Titles such as “Pastor”, “Rabbi”, or others used for status are not what Christ instructed. “Be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren… Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ” (Matthew 23:8–10). We are all called to humility and equality under Him and not to lift one above another.
Neither do we use this space to build ourselves up financially or seek money for personal gain. “Freely ye have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8). Instead, give where there is true need: help the poor, the widows, and the fatherless, and support those who genuinely labor in the gospel. “Pure religion and undefiled before God… is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction” (James 1:27), “He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord” (Proverbs 19:17).
This channel, along with Table Talk With Renee, was created with one purpose: to put God first, recognizing that Jesus Christ is the true Son of God and our only hope for eternal life.
“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent” (John 17:3),“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
This channel is set apart to lift up His Word, His truth, and His Son. Not man. Not personalities. Not platforms. If you are here, let it be to serve, to edify, and to walk in truth.
“He that doeth truth cometh to the light” (John 3:21).
Let everything done here point to Christ alone. Have a blessed Day! 🙏🙏
