Q: Who are witnesses of the suffering of Christ and also a partaker of the glory?
A: An elder.

Q: Who are we called to feed?
A; The flock of God.

Q: Are we to do this out of constraint or willingly?
A: Willingly.

Q: Is it for lucre (gain)? Yes or No.
A: No.

Q: Who are we not lord's over?
A: God's Heritage.

Q: Who are we examples to?
A: God's flock.

Q: Who is the chief Shepherd?
A: Jesus Christ.

Q: When He appears, what shall we receive?
A: A crown of glory.

Q: Who are the younger to submit themselves unto?
A: The elder.
