"Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God."

2 Timothy 2, Paul urges Timothy to draw strength from the grace found in Christ and to faithfully pass on the truth to others who will be able to teach as well. He presents the believer’s life as that of a devoted soldier who do not become entangled in worldly distractions, an athlete who must follow the rules to receive the crown, and a hardworking farmer who patiently waits for the harvest. Endurance in suffering is framed as sharing in Christ’s own path, with the promise that faithfulness leads to reigning with Him, while denial leads to loss. Timothy is called to handle the word of truth accurately, avoiding empty disputes that only spread corruption, and to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with a pure heart, standing as a vessel made useful for honorable purposes in God’s service.
2 Timothy 3 - Questions

Q: What did Paul confirm there would be in the last days?

Q: What shall men be lovers of in the last days?

Q: Men shall be disobedient to who in the last days?

Q: Man shall also be despisers of who?

Q: What else did Paul say that men would be in the last days?

Q: Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such what?

Q: For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of what?

Q: Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist what?

Q: Men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the what?

Q: But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto who?

Q: What did Paul say they fully knew of him?

Q: Which came to Paul where?

Q: What did Paul endure but of them, the Lord delivered him?

Q: What type of men did Paul state shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived?

Q: But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in who?

Q: What is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness?

Q: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all what?
2 Timothy 3

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was.

10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,

11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.

12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
“For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth. And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.”

,,Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour."

Many people see Jesus as gentle, but Scripture also reveals Him as powerful, authoritative, and unshakable.

The same Christ who said “Come to Me” is also described as the Lion - fully sovereign, fully victorious, and never threatened by darkness. His strength isn’t reactive or loud; it’s settled. He doesn’t fight for control - He already has it.

This matters because following Jesus isn’t about clinging to weakness or fear. It’s about trusting Someone who has already overcome sin, death, and chaos - and inviting us to live from that victory, not toward it.

Grace saves you. Authority keeps you. And true peace comes from knowing who stands with you.☕️

“And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”

"He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire.”

If you could see in the spirit realm in the very room you are sitting in right now,

You’d see angels.

Standing…

Watching…

Guarding.

God doesnt leave His people uncovered.

Even when life feels like it’s falling apart,

He’s already put protection in place.

Scripture says He commands His angels concerning you.

That means you were not ever alone.

You may not see it now,

but heaven has been closer than you think the whole time.

Psalm 91:11
