"Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.

But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience."

“Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked. The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it.”

Sometimes when life gets tough

We just need someone to have our back

When you have those moments...

When you feel like you can’t keep going

Or that life is just too hard...

It’s important to remember that...

God is our refuge and shield

That means when things get tough...

We can go to Him

And He will keep us safe and be a place of refuge

When life gets hard and you have difficulty trying to keep going...

You can remember that...

You can always go to God

And He will be your place to get recharged

And feeling better about life

No matter how crazy life gets...

We can find hope in God’s word !

God’s word can be our source of hope...

No matter how crazy life gets...

We can always have hope

God’s word is so important because it gives us hope !

Never Give Up !

A: That the cock shall not crow, till Peter has denied Jesus thrice.
In John 13, during the supper, Jesus, knowing that His hour had come to depart to the Father, loved His own to the end. He rose from the meal, laid aside His outer garments, and girded Himself to wash the disciples’ feet, an act of humility and cleansing. Peter objected, but Jesus revealed that without this washing, he could have no share with Him.

Jesus foretold His betrayal by Judas, identifying him by giving him the morsel. After Judas departed into the night, Jesus spoke of His glorification and the Father’s glorification through Him. He shared the meaning of all the commandments in two directives: to love (agapaō) one another just as He has loved them, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another", and to Love as I have loved you, "Just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another", verse 34 . These aren’t two separate, unrelated commandments, rather, the second is the measure and model of the first and both encompass the ten commandments, He explains the ten as a deeper directive. The “newness” lies in how they are to love: not merely “as yourself” (Leviticus 19:18) but as Christ loved them, self-sacrificially, humbly, and to the uttermost.

Jesus made them His disciples. Peter declared loyalty, but Jesus foretold his threefold denial before the rooster’s crow.
