Forwarded from Daily Word & Prayer
Lord God... are you there? Are you aware of my pain, my dreams, and my disappointments? Do you hear me? If that is your prayer today, let it be a reassurance to you that He is listening. "And this is the confidence we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions we asked of Him" (1 John 5:14-15).
God knows your pain, your longings, your needs. He understands you. The wonderful news is that you never have to say to God, "But You don't understand me." Even if no one else knows, you can be sure that He knows and understands. You do not carry your burdens alone! Accept everything that happens in your life by God's grace, knowing that everything is in the hands of the infinitely wise God who loves you like no one else.
Father, it's so wonderful to know that You hear me. I can always turn You who loves me completely!
Amen.
Have a wonderful and blessed sunday!

βFor, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.β

"The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims His handiwork.
Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard."

βTherefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?"
