As I continue studying, I’ve noticed a clear difference between what most religions teach and what the original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic Scriptures actually say. The old testament was written in Hebrew and Aramaic and was translated into Greek in the Septuagint (LXX), which is ancient Greek used widely in Jesus' time. Obviously, all other translations of Scripture have been translated from those over and over again, with changes here and there along the way. Some versions and religious leaders deliberately translated/misinterpreted original Scripture to instill fear and maintain control over believers, while others simply repeat what they’ve seen or been taught, unaware of the deeper truth.

Where did Paul say the temple of God was? His usage is significant because he often uses it metaphorically to refer to the individual believer or the collective body of believers (the Church), not a physical structure like the Jerusalem temple. Look at 1 Corinthians 3:16–17, "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?" Think about this, Paul is calling the community of believers God's temple, indwelt by His Spirit. Now look at 1 Corinthians 6:19, "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you..." Here, Paul clarifies that each individual body of a believer is also the naos, or inner sanctuary, of God's Spirit. Then if we look at 2 Corinthians 6:16,"...ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them..." Paul again refers to the corporate body of believers as the naos of the living God. According to Paul in Greek, the "temple of God" (ναὸς τοῦ θεοῦ) is: The body of each believer (1 Cor. 6:19). The collective Church which is the body of Christ (1 Cor. 3:16, 2 Cor. 6:16). It's a spiritual reality, not a stone building. A place where God's Spirit dwells, fulfilling the prophetic vision of God living among His people (Ezek. 37:27)

So where are we at according to end times? We're at the end of the sixth head of the beast. There are eight heads of the beasts. I believe that we are decades from the end. We still have yet to lose religious freedom. This will probably happen with a Muslim invasion ending in some legal changes which people will think are there to protect them but it takes away freedom of religion, with satan being the one people worship. 

In the end according to original Hebrew translations, Daniel 11:40 says, "And at the time of the end, the king of the south shall push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots and with horsemen and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries and shall overflow and pass through." That hasn't happened yet.

In the early stage of the end times, 2 Thessalonians 2:3–4 (in the original Greek) says that “the man of sin... sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” The Greek word used for "temple" is naos, which refers to the inner sanctuary not a physical building. Some interpret this as a future third temple in Jerusalem, while others understand naos referring to the Church, the body, or a spiritual dwelling.

Interestingly, the term “Antichrist” only appears in the letters of John; 1 John 2:18, 22; 4:3, and 2 John 1:7. These verses describe many antichrists already in the world, specifically those who deny Christ, not one single end-time figure. The figure often in 2 Thessalonians 2 is actually called the “man of lawlessness” or “man of sin.” This is son of perdition which is satan. he has been restrained until God's appointed time when he will be revealed.

The “Abomination of Desolation,” mentioned in connection with Daniel, is often viewed as a prophetic sign of temple desecration, supporting the idea of a future third temple. However, it clearly refers to the Church or a spiritual dwelling, not a physical structure.

In the original Greek it mentions: 2 Thessalonians 2, referring to a “man of sin” in the “temple of God,” while 1–2 John defines “Antichrist” as anyone who denies Christ. Jesus also speaks of temple desecration and global turmoil in Matthew 24. Although the term “third temple” isn't used, some interpret these passages as supporting the idea of a future third temple. However, looking at what Jesus said in John 2:19, "Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up." and Paul explains that the temple of God is within His believers.

In Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, Jesus speaks of: wars, earthquakes, false messiahs, and great tribulation. So those are signs that the end is near, whether they are man-made disasters or not.

Considering current events alongside how the original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic text it seems we may be drawing near but the end could be decades. Matthew 24; 10:22; 2 Thessalonians 2; 2 Timothy 3 teaches this, believers will lose religious freedom which will be subject to persecution, hatred, imprisonment, and even death. This will intensify during the end times alongside rising lawlessness. Complete endurance in faith is essential, only those who persevere will be saved.🙏🏽🕊

Dear brother and sister,
Are you struggling in a tough time in your life? Jesus is there for you, inviting you to move forward with faith. When you choose to follow Him, you may feel safe at first, but storms can surprise you and make you doubt.

As you step out in faith, you may find yourself caught between the familiar safety of your past and the promise of what's ahead. In these moments, it can feel like everything is disappearing, including Jesus. You might question if He is truly still with you.

However, it’s during these challenging times that your faith can grow the most. You may feel stuck and unable to return, while moving forward seems impossible. Yet remember, Jesus is always with you, even when you can't see or hear Him. He encourages you to persevere and hold onto His promises. Stand on His Word. For the storm may blur your vision, but it will never obscure His presence. He is closer than you think. Even and especially in the midst of the storm.
