In Matthew 18, Jesus teaches that the greatest in God’s kingdom are those who humble themselves like little children. He warns against leading children or others into sin and says it's better to lose a part of your body than be thrown into hell because of sin.
Jesus says not to look down on children, for their angels see God. He came to save the lost, like a shepherd who searches for one missing sheep. If someone sins against you, talk to them privately. If they won’t listen, bring others, then the church. If they still refuse, treat them as outsiders.
Jesus tells Peter to forgive others not just seven times, but seventy times seven. He ends with a parable about a king who forgave a servant’s large debt, but that same servant refused to forgive a smaller debt owed to him by another.
