Accounting Officer

Key Responsibilities
• General accounting work including data entry, documents filing, cheque preparation etc.;
• Handle full set account;
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial reports;
• Provide general administrative and clerical support; and
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications, Education and Certification
• Finance/Accounting Diploma or above, LCCI LEVEL I or other related subjects;
• At least 1 year of accounting experience;
• Able to work independently, punctual, detail-minded, reliable, and self-motivated;
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
• Familiar with MYOB accounting system would be advantaged; and
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm, 5 working days per week.

Assistant Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry, cheques preparation and invoice verification;
- Perform daily accounting flow management and record all transactions accurately;
- Assist in the implementation of financial policies;
- Liaise with internal departments for general accounting issues;
- Outside work including bank deposits is necessary;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
- High diploma or above in accounting discipline;
- 1 year related accounting experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office, well familiar with Excel application;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
- Details-oriented and well-organized attitude;
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
