Varadise Limited specializes in building Construction Digital Twin and Smart Construction Intelligence Platform. We develop intelligent platforms for clients to manage their projects or facilities efficiently. Varadise Limited has a strong background in:
• Digital Twin & BIM Technology - virtual representation of physical world
• Construction digitalization, e.g. Apps, ChatBot & AI data analytics
• IoT sensors integration
• Integrated Construction - digital project management
Our clients include real estate developers, contractors, government, and public service companies. We are looking for Engineers, Modelers, Game Developers, and IT Developers. Any people with passion, regardless of background, are welcome to join us!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Design and implement data pipelines and REST API to move data across several systems by Python.
• Developing in cutting-edge cloud environment.
• Build, optimize, test, and maintain data solutions spanning extraction, storage, transformation, visualization, and advanced analytics.
• Partner with front-end engineers, designers, project managers, and data scientists to understand product requirements.
• Establish best practices and standards in data ecosystem.
• Understand analytical objectives to make logical recommendations and drive informed actions.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics/ Engineering or related disciplines
• Passion in working with large amount of data
• Competent with quantitative data analysis and utilizing data to drive impact.
• Hands-on skill with Python (Pandas, Numpy, SQLAlchemy, Flask), and Scala
• Knowledge of Excel, and Tableau is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with AWS is preferred
• Basic understanding of statistics and machine learning
• Fresh graduates are welcome
