🔶️ President Joe Biden will extend major non-NATO ally status to Kenya during the three-day state visit by the African country’s leader this week, two U.S. officials confirmed.

🔶️ Kenya will become the first sub-Saharan nation to receive the designation, which allows the recipient country to obtain more sophisticated weaponry from the United States and engage in closer security cooperation.

🇷🇺 🇨🇳 The growing bond between Washington and Nairobi comes as the Biden administration worries about China’s growing sway on the African continent, in addition to Russia’s ties with Kenya. 🇷🇺🔒📃 — By Russian court decision, the head of the department of defense procurement of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Vladimir Verteletsky, was arrested.

These are the two most likely options according to Israel's estimates, and both are non-binding, except after the approval of the Security Council.

If the court makes a ceasefire decision, the Security Council will meet to vote, and we will be facing a fourth time in which America uses its veto power against stopping the war (most likely).

But if the court takes the decision to stop the Rafah operation, the Security Council will also meet to vote, but America will most likely not use its veto power for that.
