We attacked a Hezbollah rocket launcher after it moved in southern Lebanon

I believe that what we're seeing here is the ultimate backfiring of Assad's nutorious 'green buses' policy.

For years the regime would offer to transport rebel forces from all over the country to Idlib in order to take out rebellious cities one by one.

This created a situation where tens of thousands of rebels & their families were gathered in a small convined area where they could gather again, rebuild their strength en join ranks.

Assad believed for almost a decade he could contain them all in Idlib. We now see the results.

The developments in northwestern Syria are sensitive and directly concern us, and we are following them closely. Whatever happens, we have a national and moral priority, which is to protect our people and our regions, so we will intervene according to the necessities of protecting our people.
