🇷🇺 — Russia updates its nuclear doctrine following a Putin's decree:

➡️Russia’s updated nuclear doctrine states that aggression against it or its allies by a non-nuclear state supported by a nuclear one will be treated as a joint attack.

➡️The doctrine emphasizes Russia’s readiness to use nuclear weapons to ensure deterrence and permits their use if the sovereignty or territorial integrity of Russia or Belarus is critically threatened.

➡️Ballistic missile launches against Russia are listed as grounds for nuclear retaliation, and the doctrine identifies adversaries against whom nuclear deterrence is exercised.

➡️Providing territory or resources for aggression against Russia is also considered a basis for nuclear deterrence.

🇷🇺⚠️⚠️ — Russia launched serial production of mobile nuclear shelters.

The 'KUB-M' has two blocks in the basic configuration and can protect 54 people from radioactive and light radiation,and up to 150 with additional modules.

🇮🇱🇦🇿❌🇦🇲🇵🇸 — Extensive arms shipments between Azerbaijan and the Israel have been taking place over the past few days.

🇩🇪🇫🇮🇱🇹✂️🌐 — Underwater cables between Sweden and Lithuania, Germany and Finland were severed:

➡️A communication cable running along the bottom of the Baltic Sea between Lithuania and Sweden has been cut, reducing internet access by a third as a result of the accident.

➡️Also between Finland and Germany: A 1,173 km long telecommunications cable runs between Helsinki, Finland, and Rostock, Germany. A cable break puts pressure on other cities, increasing the load on them. The reasons for the break are being investigated.

➡️C-Lion1 is the only cable connecting Finland with Central Europe, laid in 2016. To facilitate installation work, it was laid along the Russian Nord Stream gas pipeline, at a distance of several hundred meters from it.
