Yahya AlSinwar was buried in the debris, and possibly already dead as he was already wounded, according to the previously posted drone footage.
For some reason, the IDF Soldier panicked and felt the need to put a few 5.56 rounds through Yahya's skull from point-blank, even though he is quite literally buried under debris and possibly already dead.
