According to a document prepared by the security establishment, the cost of military rule in Gaza amounts to 20 billion shekels (5.5b$) annually, in addition to building an additional corridor at a cost of about 150 million shekels. All this does not include the cost of ongoing operations. In terms of military strength, four offensive divisions and one defensive division will be needed.
