⚡️🇵🇸❌🇮🇱 - The "401st" (Iron Tracks) Armored Brigade is a regular Armored Brigade formed in 1967, which operates the IDF's most advanced tanks, the "Merkava IV(M)" and "Merkava IV (Barak)", and has participated in the ground invasion of the Gaza Strip.
The Brigade is consisted of 6 battalions, being the "9th Eshet" , "46th Shelah" , "52nd Ha-Bok'im" ,"601st Asaf" Engineer Battalion, "298th Eyal" Signals Company and the "Iron Trails" Logistics Battalion.
In June, 2024, "Ihsan Daksa" Ceremony of Promotion to becoming the Brigade Commander took place inside Rafah, as a message of challenge the Palestinian Factions.
Interestingly, 5 Months ago, the AlQassam Brigades published an Image of a shoe-print on the logo of the "401st" (Iron Tracks) Armored Brigade, with a message stating:

According to the IDF, "Ehsan Daqsa", with the Commander of the "52nd Ha-Bok'im" Battalion, the Commander of the "162nd" Armored Division and another high-ranking Officers got out of their "Merkava" Tanks inside the city of 'Jabaliya' and walked several meters to an observation point, which was apparently "booby-trapped", killing "Ehsan Daqsa" instantly and injuring the other Brigadiers with him.
