The group used 2 Improvised "MK-82" JDAM Bombs as an IED buried under the ground, a 500lbs Non-Guided bomb dropped by the IDF but has failed to detonate, thus captured by the AlQassam.

The 2 "MK-82" JDAM was detonated directly below the "Merkava IV (BARAK)", which guarantees the full destruction of the vehicle and the killing of all the crew.
