The Israeli enemy army uses the homes of settlers in some settlements in northern occupied Palestine as gathering centers for its officers and soldiers. Its military bases that manage the aggression against Lebanon are also located inside settlement neighborhoods in major occupied cities such as Haifa, Tiberias, Acre, and others. These homes and military bases are targets for the missile and air force of the Islamic Resistance. Accordingly, we warn the settlers against being present near these military gatherings in order to preserve their lives until further notice.

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has maintained silence and restraint in publicly expressing their views regarding many Egyptian positions related to Sudanese affairs, even before the current war. Our silence was solely out of respect for the unique relationship between the peoples of both countries. However, official Egypt has not adjusted its biased stance toward military institutions and regimes in general. This has led Egypt to support the Sudanese army, which has been entirely hijacked by the “Muslim Brotherhood” in Sudan, represented by the terrorist Islamic Movement that ignited the current war in Sudan and is supported by all extremist groups seeking to keep Sudan a significant hub for international terrorism. This is the only way for them to continue ruling Sudan.

Egypt did not participate in the talks for the Framework Agreement that was signed under the sponsorship of the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, in addition to the United Nations Mission, the African Union, and the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD). However, Egypt later intervened in the scene by supporting the coup against the civilian transitional government and incited obstacles against Sudan’s democratic transition. The (Islamic Movement’s Army) ignited the war, betting on Egypt’s efforts at the regional level to enable it to remain in power.

We have previously warned the Egyptian side multiple times to cease support and interference in Sudanese affairs and to adopt a position of neutrality toward the political crisis in Sudan and its parties. Some brothers have also intervened to urge the Egyptian side to stop its interference, which became evident through the Egyptian military’s support for the Sudanese army in known instances and through tangible evidence that we have addressed diplomatically since the outbreak of the current war in April 2023. Egypt has been a major partner of the Islamic Movement and the “hijacked army” in igniting the war, as their planes gathered in Merowe, and were part of the military plan to start the war.

It was no secret when our forces captured Egyptian officers and soldiers at the Merowe military base, and we later handed them over to the Egyptian government through the International Committee of the Red Cross. The Egyptian Air Force also participated in fighting alongside the Sudanese army by bombing RSF camps, including the massacre at the “Karari Camp,” where more than 4,000 unarmed soldiers who were preparing to depart for Saudi Arabia to participate in “Operation Decisive Storm” were killed at the beginning of the war due to the treacherous airstrike.

The Egyptian government has never ceased providing military support to the army, from weapons, ammunition, aircraft bombs, and training, in addition to technical, political, diplomatic, and media support.

Our forces have captured Egyptian mercenaries fighting alongside the army in the current war, and they are currently held captive by our forces. Egypt has been providing the army with all forms of military capabilities, and through its borders, it facilitated the entry of weapon supplies, ammunition, aircraft, and drones. In August alone, Egypt provided the army with eight K-8 aircraft that reached the airbase in Port Sudan and are now participating in combat, most recently in the battle of Jebel Moya. The Egyptian Air Force has contributed to the killing of hundreds of innocent civilians in Darfur, Khartoum, Al-Jazeera, Sennar, Mellit, Al-Kuma, Nyala, and Ed-Daein. Moreover, Egypt supplied the army with 250 kg U.S.-made bombs, which were used to destroy homes, markets, and civilian infrastructure.

Cairo has become a safe haven for leaders of the terrorist Islamic Movement and paradoxically hosts the “Muslim Brotherhood” – Sudan branch. It provides protection to the security cadres of the former regime, and Cairo serves as a base for misleading media platforms supporting the war in Sudan, including satellite channels, newspapers, and media rooms. Egypt opens its borders to all members of the Islamic Movement to conduct their activities against change, the RSF, while supporting the army and the Islamic Movement from its territory.

The Egyptian government, its agencies and specific individuals are actively obstructing all regional and international efforts to achieve stability and peace in Sudan, starting with the first and second Jeddah initiatives, the Manama talks, and most recently the Geneva negotiations. Egypt, in both public and private, opposes any steps that do not ensure the Sudanese army remains in power, making relentless efforts to design solutions that align with its interests, which are closely tied to the Sudanese army’s interests.

Egypt’s position became clearer in the statement by its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which referred to the Rapid Support Forces as a “militia,” further proving our stance toward the Egyptian government, which does not maintain neutrality and has not hesitated to reveal its true intentions toward the RSF.

We warn the Egyptian government and its agencies against persisting in blatant interference in Sudanese affairs through support for the army, which is hijacked by the Islamic Movement (the Muslim Brotherhood). We are not against Egypt as a state or its people, with whom we share deep bonds. Our issue is with the policies of the Egyptian government and its agencies, which are manipulating the Sudanese scene to serve their interests.

In conclusion, we call on all brotherly and friendly countries to adopt a position of neutrality, uphold the higher interests of the Sudanese people, respect their choices for change, and pursue sustainable partnerships away from transient agendas and interests. Our hands are extended to everyone, but we will not tolerate positions that serve the agenda of the terrorist Islamic Movement and leaders of the old regime in Sudan.
