The meeting was held in the Mossad HQ in 'Tel Aviv', which was the same base that Iran has targeted with one missile yesterday, that impacted only 400 meters away. (Image 2, image 3)
Such hypersonic missiles have Pin-Point accuracy, even at such huge ranges.
The possibility of Iran intending not to hit the base is high, to avoid a mass escalation, but to also establish deterrence and send a clear message to Israel.
Moreover, If Iran did intend to actually cause damage to the mass, More than one missile would have been used.

Today, I have declared UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres persona non grata in Israel and banned him from entering the country.
Anyone who cannot unequivocally condemn Iran's heinous attack on Israel, as almost every country in the world has done, does not deserve to step foot on Israeli soil.
This is a Secretary-General who has yet to denounce the massacre and sexual atrocities committed by Hamas murderers on October 7, nor has he led any efforts to declare them a terrorist organization.
A Secretary-General who gives backing to terrorists, rapists, and murderers from Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and now Iranโthe mothership of global terrorโwill be remembered as a stain on the history of the UN.
Israel will continue to defend its citizens and uphold its national dignity, with or without Antรณnio Guterres.

This should not come to surprise at all, and all those claims of Ridwan being apart of the clashes are empty, it would not make sense for an SOF force to be the first units at the frontline to repel back a Spear-Head attack from a conventional like the IDF.
