There has never been any doubt that the IDF would be able to barge-in and spearhead their way into ANY area across Gaza, "AlQassam Brigades" is a guerilla fighting force, and does not recognize frontlines, which is exactly what we've seen since the very start.

AlQassam Brigades relied on Ambushes, such as using Anti-Tank projectiles at close-range, EFPs, Anti-Personnel IEDs in buildings, tunnel openings, dead-end Tunnels with explosives, sniping operations, even ambushes where AlQassam sneaked and raided into IDF base buildings and used small-arms to neutralize their targets.

The IDF has committed a huge mistake when calculating this war, where they relied on their sheer force in numbers to pressure AlQassam, and because of that, they are unable to hold ANY city throughout Gaza, despite the mass barbaric destruction. The only land which the IDF currently holds is the Netzarim corridor, due to it being an empty agricultural land, where they have set up military bases all over it by now. The other being Rafah, (approximately 50% of it is in IDF control), The rest is not.

Water was cut off from the entire Jenin camp and 80% of the city
