🇺🇸🇮🇱 The US is using Israel to fight US adversaries across the Middle East, facing a multi-front war that, win or lose, will leave Israel in a precarious military, economic and political position in the region and around the globe.

US policy papers (like the 2009 Brookings "Which Path to Persia?" paper) have for years openly talked about using Israel to provoke and fight US wars on Washington's behalf, just as Ukraine is being used against Russia, and Taiwan is being used against the rest of China.

Whether these US proxy wars will succeed is another question, but that these are proxy wars is a certainty.
