The fires, with a relatively low Fire Radiative Power (FRP) but high brightness suggests a very small, intense fire that is not spreading.

The fire can be geolocated to the al-Faisaliyah area of Riyadh, where there are large industrial parking lots for machinery, which could explain the concentrated but intense fire.
