Moreover, the IDF's withdrawal is to only begin following the process of complete disarmament.

Previously, the Hamas Political movement has strictly agreed to and explicitly stated that only heavy weaponry are to be given away to the NCAG and is to occur following IDF withdrawal. The Board of Peace now has overturned the agreement into the giving up of all weapons alike, including rifles, tunnels and all relevant infrastructure and then so would occur the IDF withdrawal.

The BoP has stated that this "decommissioning" is the upcoming phase, and is to be overseen by the International Stabilization Force (ISF) and the IVF
