➡️The occupation authorities cannot displace the population of the occupied territories or resettle some of their citizens there.

➡️Transferring settlers to the West Bank or East Jerusalem contradicts Article 49 of the Geneva Convention.

➡️Israeli settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem violate international law.

➡️Israel's confiscation of Palestinian lands and granting them to settlers is not temporary and violates the Geneva Convention.

No false decision in The Hague will distort this historical truth and likewise the legality of Israeli settlement in all the territories of our homeland cannot be contested.
