Nickolay Mladenov, the Head of the Board of Peace is currently meeting Hamas representatives in 'Cairo', Egypt today to receive their formal response to the demand of dismantling all military factions, the complete disarmament of the strip and providing a "detailed map" of the entire underground tunnel network in Gaza.

Earlier this week, the spokesman of the AlQassam Brigades has expressed complete denial of the concept of disarmament.
