~10 Kh-101 cruise missiles launched from 2 Tu-160M strategic bombers at their launch lines over the Caspian Sea in Limansky District, Astrakhan Oblast.

~8 Kalibr cruise missiles launched from 1 "Admiral Essen" frigate in Novorossiysk Bay, Krasnodar Krai.

~8 Kalibr cruise missiles launches from 1 "Admiral Makarov" frigate in Novorossiysk Bay, Krasnodar Krai.

~2 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles launched from a K-300P Bastion-P TEL installation at Cape Chauda, Crimea.

"Rivne" 330 kV electrical substation (50.64139, 26.22372) by ~4 Kh-101s.

Originally scheduled for February 18, the meeting has been brought forward a week to sabotage the talks between Iran and the U.S. by imposing conditions such as 'limiting the range of ballistic missiles' and 'ceasing support for regional allies' on the American delegation for the second round of talks.

Iran has stated on many occasions that these two demands are non-negotiable and a clear red line, and that negotiations would collapse if the American delegation insists on them.

Vice President JD Vance is currently visiting the Winter Olympics in Northern Italy, and will then stop-by in the South Caucasus to see the implementation of the historic US-backed Trump Corridor, TRIPP, deal, signed last year.
