🇸🇾🇸🇾 — Full agreement between the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces on a ceasefire and integrating the SDF into the Syrian government.

1. Immediate and comprehensive ceasefire across all fronts; SDF military units withdraw east of the Euphrates as a preliminary step.

2: Full administrative and military control of Deir ez-Zor and Raqqa transferred to the Syrian government, including civil institutions and regularization of employees.

3: All civilian institutions in al-Hasakah incorporated into Syrian state administrative structures.

4: Syrian government takes control of border crossings, oil and gas fields, with regular forces providing security, while considering Kurdish areas.

5: All SDF military and security personnel integrated individually into the Syrian Ministries of Defense and Interior after vetting, with ranks, pay, and logistics.

6: SDF leadership will not incorporate remnants of the former regime and will provide lists of such officers.

7: Presidential decree to appoint a governor of al-Hasakah ensures political representation and local participation.

8: Heavy military presence removed from Ain al-Arab (Kobani); a local security force and police under the Ministry of Interior will be formed.

9: Administration and security of ISIS prisons and camps integrated under Syrian government control.

10: Syrian government adopts SDF-nominated candidates for senior military, security, and civil posts to ensure national partnership.

11: Presidential Decree No. 13 of 2026 recognizes Kurdish cultural and linguistic rights, addresses civil and property claims, and resolves statelessness issues.

12: All non-Syrian PKK members removed from Syrian territory to preserve sovereignty and stability.

13: Syrian government continues fight against ISIS in coordination with the U.S. and International Coalition.

14: Work toward safe and dignified return of residents of Afrin and Sheikh Maqsoud to their homes.

⚡️🇮🇱🇺🇸 - The IDF has received the 3 new "F-35I Adir" Stealth fighter jets, landing at the "Nevatim" Airbase earlier today.

The Jets join the "140th" & "166th" squadrons.

🇸🇾❌🇸🇾 — General Situation in Syria as of a little after midnight (18/1/26-19/1/26)

➡️ The collapse of the SDF continued, with the SDF outright abandoning most of Deir ez-Zor province except for the very northernmost part near the crossroads at the village of Muqman, near the Raqqa-Deir ez-Zor-Hasakah tri-point. SAA units crossed the Euphrates river near Gharanij and crossed a dirt bridge in Deir ez-Zor city before fanning out, traveling up the northern road to Abu Khashab and later Muqman - where they fought SDF units. Meanwhile the SAA fanned out across the Omar oil fields (marked in a red circle).

➡️ At the same time, massive tribal revolts occurred all up and down the Euphrates river, with several cities rebelling while tribal forces advanced along the river in both directions to link up with other tribal forces, and eventually converging on Raqqa city - which had its own tribal revolts - from west and east. After a short battle with sporadic clashes throughout the city, the SDF was thrown out and remains in the Division 17 HQ to the north of the city - surrounded on all sides. At the same time, there were tribal uprisings in the northern Raqqa countryside which eventually spread south to link with the Euphrates tribal forces. Finally, they advanced up the western road towards Mahmudli and Jurniyah, aiming to link up with the forces at Tishrin Dam - which hadn't made much progress due to SDF resistance. At the end of the day, the Syrian forces along the northern border attacked to the south, fighting SDF at Ayn Issa while linking up with tribal forces in Raqqa city - cutting the SDF protostate in half. Later in the evening, the SAA arrived to sweep and secure Raqqa amid reports of SDF snipers still present in Raqqa.

➡️ In the east, the Khabur river valley revolted from Markadah all the way to Shaddadi and the Khabur Dam. SDF attempted failed counterattacks at Suwar and Shaddadi. The forces in Shaddadi expanded northwards and eastwards to capture a gas plant, but largely remained in place until the SAA arrived in the night. There was another tribal revolt in Tal Mahrum, to the southwest of Hasakah city, and an attempted tribal revolt in the southern neighborhoods of Hasakah city. However, SDF was quick to react and start besieging the rebelling neighborhood, which lead to reports of massacres carried out by the SDF against the Arab population. This led to tribal forces mobilizing all over Syria and moving towards Hasakah, while the Syrian government has launched an investigation to verify the accuracy of the reports.
