Yesterday at church the Bible readings started on page 66-67 of the missal, and my 5-year-old went absolutely nuts repeating "six seven" like 10 times. And now I think we need to make this narrow exception to the first amendment and ban these numbers forever.

— Keeps about 28,500 U.S. troops stationed in South Korea.

Europe: Prevents U.S. troop levels in Europe from dropping below 76,000 for more than 45 days.

Iraq: Repeals the 1991 and 2002 military force authorizations.

Counter-narcotics: Allocates $1 billion to anti-narcotics operations, including maritime trafficking prevention.
