This port would allow up to 300 troops and up to 4 warships, including nuclear-powered ships.

In exchange for a naval base, the Sudanese military would receive advanced Russian anti-aircraft systems and other weapons at preferential prices.

Based on leaked documents related to the "KnAAZ" factory, "NPP-Zvezda" and the "Yakovlev" fighter jet companies [1], the "United24" news outlet published a report indicate that currently 16 'Su-35' jets are in production for Iran. After production, the Jets will be sent to Russian military units operating under the Russian MoD for quality control.

The orders are scheduled to be completed and in Iran's disposal between 2025-2027. Some of the fighter jets currently in production line should have received their parts earlier this year, and may be ready for delivery. The documents indicate that the order amount was fully paid on the dates of March 7, 2024, July 22, 2024, and December 26, 2024. [4]
