Bolivian president Luis Arce dismissed (again) coup leader Juan José Zúñiga

The president of Bolivia ordered the dismissal of the head of the Army in the midst of the military uprising led by him. In his place he appointed Jose Wilson Sanchez Velasquez (Chief of the General Staff of the Army).
