Hamas is not ready to discuss any new ideas that do not include ending the aggression, withdrawing the occupation, and reconstruction. We have received promises from the mediators that their efforts will continue to push towards the demands that we call for. We are not interested in discussing the Israeli response if it doesn't include our demands

The rest of the names on the list are based on age and their sentence, without regard to faction or geography.
Secondly: all women, regardless of rule, faction, or geography.

➡️Third: All patients, regardless of their ruling, age, or identity. This demand is titled after “Walid Daqa” (A PFLP member with Israeli citizenship who died to cancer due to the lack of medical care after serving 38 years in prison and was supposed to be released in few months).

➡️Fourth: The elderly. The definition of the elderly is determined by the age of sixty and above according to international standards.

➡️Fifth: All children and young people, regardless of their sentence and identity. The age of 18 and under has been set to define this group according to international standards.

➡️After the completion of the first phase, the transition to the second phase takes place amid a full ceasefire agreement, the complete withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Gaza Strip, and the opening of all crossings for all aid to reach the people of the Strip without Israeli control.
